<p>（中央社台北26日電）布吉納法索今天正式與中國建交，中國外交部傍晚啟動宣傳，以一小時連發3篇文章的節奏，渲染自身影響力。中國外長王毅並意有所指地說：「現在，非洲只有一個國家還沒有和中國建交。」</p><p>布吉納法索24日與台灣斷交，中國外交部今天傍晚近6時在官網公告中國正式與布吉納法索建交的消息，隨後一小時又陸續在官網上張貼兩篇相關內容，陸媒並輪番推播這3則訊息。</p><p>綜合中國外交部官網，中國國務委員兼外交部長王毅今天下午在北京與布吉納法索外長巴瑞（Alpha Barry）簽署「中華人民共和國與布基納法索（布吉納法索）關於恢復外交關係的聯合公報」，雙方正式恢復大使級外交關係。</p><p>王毅說，長期以來，中非雙方都期盼早日實現「大團圓」，照一張「全家福」。今天朝這個目標又邁近了一步。「現在，非洲只有一個國家還沒有和中國建交。真誠希望這個國家早日加入『中非友好大家庭』」。</p><p>王毅表示，中國國家主席習近平歡迎布吉納法索總統卡波雷（Roch Marc Christian KABORE）9月到中國出席中非合作論壇北京峰會。巴瑞回覆，卡波雷9月將到北京參加峰會。</p><p>新華社晚間近10時刊出中布恢復外交關係的聯合公報，當中指出，布吉納法索政府承認中國所謂的「一個中國」原則。</p><p>聯合公報並稱，布吉納法索承諾不和台灣發生任何官方關係，不進行任何官方往來。中華人民共和國政府對布吉納法索政府的上述立場表示「讚賞」。</p><p>中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室發言人安峰山晚間也以「答記者問」的方式指出，中布復交是布吉納法索根據自己國家和人民的利益作出的「正確選擇」。（編輯：陳家倫）1070526</p>
